The exercises that are designed to relax the shoulders are the most effective and secure methods compared to other methods, in addition to give results in a short time, and the most important exercises for this:
Arm rotation exercise

  • When performing this exercise, the upright position is taken when standing.


  • The upper half of the body is then performed by flexing the knees.


  • The dumbbells are then carried and the right arm is flexed, so that the right forearm is aligned with the direction of the earth's surface


  • After that, the arm is fully pulled while lifting it back.


  • Then move to the left arm and apply the exercise to the above mentioned steps as well.


  • This exercise is repeated 10 to 15 times daily.


Exercise slimming and tightening the stern


  • To perform this exercise, the armpits are performed while carrying the dumbbells at the same time, so that the dumbbells are at the shoulders level.


  • The dumbbells are then raised to the top, while the tension is maintained for a short while during the lift, which is about two seconds.


  • After that, lowering the dumbbells is done for a period of time of about three seconds to five seconds.

  • Be careful not to strain the muscles and cruelty when conducting this exercise, especially at the beginning of practice.


  • It is recommended to repeat this exercise six to eight times at a minimum each time to get the best results.


  • Dumbbells can be dispensed by using plastic cans filled with water.
